Built by business owners who were tired of waiting.
Omni Ratings started in 2021 when two friends running cafés in Manchester kept hitting the same wall. Their food was great, but the place down the road had three times the Google reviews, and that’s where new customers went.
So we built the service we wanted to use: no logins, reviews written in natural UK English, delivery spread out the way real feedback arrives, a dashboard that shows every review, and people on support who answer in minutes. That is still the whole idea today.
