3. Our services

We provide online review services for business listings and free tools such as rating calculators, review link and QR code generators, and message templates.

• Review platforms can change their systems and policies at any time, and may filter or remove reviews
• We don’t guarantee any particular result, such as a ranking, rating or number of customers

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide a correct, public listing link and keep the listing live until delivery completes
• Read and follow the policies of the review platforms you use, and UK consumer protection law. You are responsible for deciding whether our services are appropriate for your business
• Don’t use our services for illegal, misleading or harmful purposes, or against a business you don’t represent
• Don’t try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the site

5. No affiliation

Omni Ratings is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Trustpilot, Yelp, TripAdvisor or any other platform. Their names are used only to describe our services.

6. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text and software belong to Omni Ratings. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, we make no promises beyond those stated in these terms, and we are not responsible for actions review platforms take on your listing.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of the page when we do. We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaks these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
