Who is Omni Ratings?
Omni Ratings is a UK review growth team for local businesses, online shops and hospitality venues. We help you build the reviews your work deserves on Google, Trustpilot, Yelp and TripAdvisor, without handing over a single login.

Most orders start within 24 hours of checkout. Your reviews then go live gradually over the time shown when you picked your package, and your dashboard shows each one as it appears.
Real businesses don’t get fifty reviews in a day. Spreading delivery over days or weeks keeps your profile looking natural and protects the reviews you already have.
Yes. Add notes at checkout, such as the services you offer, staff names or the tone you’d like, and we’ll write each review to match. Or leave it to us and we’ll keep them varied and relevant.
Check your dashboard first, as delivery is paced on purpose. If your order is behind the schedule shown, message support with your order ID and we’ll look straight away.
Yes, as long as delivery hasn’t started. Contact support with your order ID and the correct link.
Yes. If you need more than our largest package, or reviews spread across several locations, email support@omniratings.uk for a quote.
Safety & privacy
Never. We only need the public link to your listing. Nobody from Omni Ratings will ever ask for your password or a login code.
Yes. Google, Trustpilot, Yelp and TripAdvisor can remove any review they believe breaks their policies, and those policies change. That’s why every order includes a 30 day replacement guarantee. Read each platform’s rules before you order.
Yes. Your listing needs to be live and visible while delivery runs. Please don’t change its name or address until your order shows as complete.
Orders are private. We never contact your customers, reply from your listing or share your details with anyone outside the company.
Only what we need to deliver your order and support you: your email, the link you gave us and your order history. Our privacy policy has the full details.
Payments & refunds
Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, through our secure card checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include everything. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Usually your bank blocked an online payment it didn’t recognise. Try again after approving it in your banking app, or use a different card. If it keeps failing, message support.
Yes. If your order hasn’t started, you get a full refund to your card. If it was only partly delivered, we refund the part that hasn’t gone live. See our refund policy for details.
We process refunds within 24 hours. Your bank then usually takes 3 to 10 working days to show it on your statement.
Replacements
If any review we delivered is removed within 30 days of your order completing, we replace it free of charge. You don’t need to open a ticket.
Review platforms run automated filters and can hide or remove reviews at any time, including genuine ones. Small changes are normal for every business, and that’s what the guarantee covers.
Send us your order ID and we’ll check it. If a removal slipped through, we’ll replace it manually.
Yes. Every order on every platform includes the 30 day replacement guarantee at no extra cost.
